Charlotte and Mitch had previously dated for over a year in the past, and the former Geordie Shore star had said, when they reunited after their first split, that Mitch was her "soul mate."
However, they split for a second time in August last year, and Charlotte has now said she is "happy" to see her former flame moving on with somebody new.
Hitting back at the reports that suggested otherwise, Charlotte took to Snapchat. She addressed the claims with her followers and said in response: "Me and Mitchell haven't been together for one year and I don't care about his new girlfriend."
"I am happy for Mitch and his girlfriend," she insisted.
Charlotte and Mitch initially broke up in 2014, before rekindling their romance and going public with their reunion in January the following year. The 26-year-old had seemed pretty smitten with Mitch, but eight months later, Charlotte revealed she had ended things with Mitch.
She revealed, at the time, that she and Mitch had planned to move in together in London, but she decided she wasn't ready to leave her family and make such a big commitment. Charlotte later revealed that she 'hadn't acted like she was in a relationship' while filming series 11 of Geordie Shore in Greece and that had played a part in her decision to split with Mitch.
Since then, Charlotte enjoyed a brief romance with Love Island star Max Morley, before reigniting her romance with her former co-star Gaz Beadle.
Fans watched Charlotte and Gary pick things up between them in Geordie Shore's Big Birthday Battle series, and in the months that followed. The pair had been trying to work out whether they had a future together, but never made their relationship exclusive.
Their romance came to an end, after rumours surfaced claiming Gary had slept with Jem Lucy while filming for Ex On The Beach in April. Charlotte then revealed that she had been hospitalised following an ectopic pregnancy, and ended things with Gaz after hearing about his antics.
He, meanwhile, admitted to bedding someone on the first night of filming, but stressed it was before he had learnt about Charlotte's hospitalisation.
Charlotte and Gaz publicly fell out on Twitter after news of her pregnancy surfaced, and she decided to quit Geordie Shore to distance herself from him.
Gaz has said he was 'devastated' to hear about Charlotte's pregnancy.
She has since been linked to Big Brother star Ash Harrison, but neither she or Ash have confirmed if they are dating.
