TOWIE: Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green have said they WILL still go out with the other girls on the show, despite their recent fallout with Megan McKenna.

Megan clashed with Chloe and Courtney, after she saw the pair join Chloe Lewis and Lydia Bright (who she had drama with in Majorca) on a girls' night out. Megs claimed that her friends hadn't had her back by socialising with the other girls, and fans watched as she and Chloe came to blows over their broken friendship.

Things have been tense between the trio ever since, and now, Chloe and Courtney have said they won't stop going out with the others just because Megan would prefer them not to.

In last night's episode of the show (3 August), viewers had seen Chloe tell Courtney and a slew of her co-stars that she feels like she can no longer go out with the girls on the show. She declined Courtney's invitation for another girls' night and said it would be the "worst thing to do" before she had cleared the air with Megan.

Chloe then bumped into Megan's boyfriend Pete, and when he questioned her loyalties to Megan, Chloe hit back that she thinks Megan has taken a "childish mentality" to the situation.

She said: "I think that she should trust me more and when I do go out with those girls, it doesn't mean that I don't have her back. It's quite a childish mentality to think that."

Chloe then appeared to change her mind, and joined Courtney on her night out with the girls.

Now, in a new video shared to TOWIE's official website, she has said: "When I bumped into Pete, my whole point was that I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. Every point or situation I brought up about someone else, it was, 'It's different.' I thought, 'No. Why am I different?' I don't want to sit in on my own... I'm single and I want to go out."

"We're our own people... we can choose to do whatever we want," Courtney claimed. "We're grown ups, we're not kids. People can't tell you what you can and can't do. We're not out with the girls to get Megan's back up, we're not doing anything wrong."

Chloe then added: "Exactly. That doesn't mean we don't love Megan and that she's not our number one or our priority. But, we can still do what we want."

Courtney said that she "hopes Megan will start to understand" why she and Chloe want to venture out with the girls as singletons.

"When Megan can go on dates with Pete, it's not like she's going to be sitting at home alone, if she doesn't go out with someone," she said. "She's got her boyfriend. We don't have boyfriends. We can't just hang out me and Chloe. We need to integrate with the other girls too."

While fans have seen Megan confront Chloe over their friendship, Courtney revealed she and Megan still haven't spoken since the first night she and Chloe headed out with Chloe L and Lydia.

Courtney did admit that she wants to make amends with Megan, but she isn't so sure the feeling is mutual. She said: "I'm not really sure she wants to make up with me, but we'll have to see. This whole situation, I wouldn't want it to ruin our friendship as a three because we do have a good friendship going on. It's sad for a friendship group to break up over something that is not that big."

TOWIE continues Sunday 7 July at 10pm on ITVBe.
