The fashionista - who owns puppy Bella, the same breed as beau - joined Bobby for a walk on Wednesday night's episode (3 August) to offer him support after his loss.
Jess told Bobby she was still "genuinely, completely shocked" that Beau had died. He was put to sleep following an attack from a larger dog during a routine walk in an Essex party last month.
While walking with Bella, Bobby commented: "I bet she's confused because when she's with uncle Bobby she sees Beau... The thing is, it don't really feel real at the minute. It still hasn't sunk in."
"I feel like I'm getting that bit stronger," said Bobby. "Keeping busy is the only way forward. I have my birthday coming up."
"Dirty thirty!" agreed Jess, telling him: "You just feel a bit more liberated and independent and secure in yourself. Chin up. What doesn't kill you will make you stronger. You look fabulous, everyone loves you.
"It's a new start and positive things will happen. I can feel it in my bones."
Jess walked away from The Only Way Is Essex in February, after starring in the series since the very first episode, back when she was an original castmember alongside brother Mark Wright, Lauren Goodger, Sam Faiers and Amy Childs.
Announcing her exit, she had said: "Hi everyone, I just want to let you all personally know that after five amazing years on The Only Way Is Essex it is time for me to step away. I've had the best time and I want to say thank you all so much for your support, you will be seeing me soon and I'm also going to be keeping up with all the goss in Essex. Love you all lots."
Since leaving the show, Jessica has been focusing on other aspects of her career, including her Sparkling novel series. The latest in the franchise, Sparkling Stars, is out now.
She's also dreaming of a career Stateside, telling Reveal recently: "I've got an agent and I'm hoping to go to auditions. I've fallen in love with the place. If it works out, I'll be looking for my own apartment... I feel so independent since leaving TOWIE, and being single gives me the freedom to experience new things and see the world."
TOWIE continues Sunday at 10pm on ITVBe.
