Megan and her boyfriend Pete Wicks joined fellow TOWIE co-stars Chloe Sims and Danielle Armstrong for a slap-up dinner in Chigwell, Essex.
While they were dining in TOWIE haunt Sheesh, viewers saw Megan and her apparent BFF arguing with each other on screen.
During their bust-up, Megan accused Chloe of being a "sh*t friend" after she went on a night out with her enemy Chloe Lewis. Chloe M hit back at Megan, claiming she felt "left out" due to her romance with Pete.
Shrugging the on-screen drama off, Megan was all smiles as she and her boyfriend posed for a picture with Chloe Sims and Danielle at Sheesh.
Commenting on the snap, which she shared to Instagram today (1 August), Megan said: "Lovely meal @sheeshchigwell yesterday! Thank you for always looking after us #faverestauran."
Following last night's show, Chloe M spoke out in a behind-the-scenes video and insisted that she "does" have Megan's back.
She said: "I know that Megan was upset that me and Court had gone out with Lydia and Chloe for a singles' night and I wanted to explain that I didn't do that intentionally to hurt her. I did that because me and Courtney are single. I want to go on nights out. Whenever she goes out with Pete, I can't just sit in on my own. I can't isolate myself.
"I do have her back. It's not that I don't have her back - just because I went on a night out and Chloe Lewis and Lydia were there doesn't mean I don't have her back. It doesn't mean that she's not my number one. She will always be my number one."
TOWIE continues at 10pm on Wednesdays and Sundays.
