Last night (31 July), fans watched as Chloe and Megan came to blows over their lost friendship. Megan had previously claimed that she feels like she 'lost her best friend' in Chloe and called her out for joining Chloe Lewis and Lydia Bright on a night out, when Megan had fallen out with them.
She told Chloe that she thinks she has been a 'sh*t friend' and hasn't had her back...
Now, Chloe has had her say on that confrontation and claimed she always has Megan's back.
Chloe explained: "I know that Megan was upset that me and Court had gone out with Lydia and Chloe for a singles' night and I wanted to explain that I didn't do that intentionally to hurt her. I did that because me and Courtney are single. I want to go on nights out. Whenever she goes out with Pete, I can't just sit in on my own. I can't isolate myself.
"I do have her back. It's not that I don't have her back - just because I went on a night out and Chloe Lewis and Lydia were there doesn't mean I don't have her back. It doesn't mean that she's not my number one. She will always be my number one."
Recalling their argument in the park, Chloe claimed Megan doesn't know how to express her emotions. She said: "[Megan] doesn't know how to express herself... other than get angry and shout and scream. She was screaming and shouting and stormed off, I didn't get to say anything that I wanted to say, or speak to her about how I felt."
"If [the others] were to say anything bad about her or horrible about her, I wouldn't have it," Chloe claimed.
She added: "I don't really think it's acceptable the way she spoke to me, but at the same time, I have known Megan for a long time. And I do know that is the only way she can express herself."
"Me and Megan have known each other so long... she doesn't care so much that Courtney met up with them, she cares that I have," Chloe continued. "You take it out on the people you are closest to, I just hope that one day we can get to a place where we can all be in the same place and have a good night."
She said: "I still love Megan, of course I do, I've known her for such a long time. That doesn't just go away." Although, Chloe did add: "I love her, I care about her, where we go from here? I really don't know."
Megan, meanwhile, was left frustrated after her conversation with Chloe, as she felt like Chloe didn't understand why she was upset.
She told boyfriend Pete Wicks: "When I saw Chloe, you said keep your cool and that, but she kind of turned the situation on me when I was telling her about why I was upset. You know about her not having my back with the other girls, it was like she didn't see it. She couldn't understand where I was coming from."
Can the girls clear the air and save their friendship?
