TOWIE: Things get emotional between Megan McKenna and Chloe Meadows, after Chloe and Courtney's girls' night with Chloe Lewis and Lydia Bright puts strain on their friendship with Megan.

Fans will know Megan, Chloe L and Lydia aren't exactly getting on lately, after *that* explosive row in Palma, Mallorca. Chloe L had accused Megan of 'dirty grinding' on another man - not Pete Wicks her boyfriend - and Megan had claimed Lydia previously called her 'trashy.'

So, it's not surprising that Megan was annoyed to see her girlband pals Chloe M and Courtney out with the girls on a night out. Megan told Danni Armstrong she feels like she has lost her 'best friend' in Chloe M and in tonight's episode of the show, she finally confronts Chloe about their friendship...

Megan goes to visit Chloe M and it turns out the feeling is mutual, as they both feel like they have lost their best friend in each other. Chloe and Courtney have previously said they haven't seen Megan as much now she is dating Pete.

Chloe and Megan have been friends since they were little, and with their friendship now hitting a rocky patch, the girls are in tears as they confront each other.

Can they salvage things?! Oh, we so hope so.

...which upset Megan.

Chloe and Megan's meet up comes after she and Courtney suggested that by them being friendly with Chloe L and Lydia they could help Megan.

Courtney said: "Maybe we can change their mind to like, start getting in the idea of just being civil with Megan. Life's too short to hate everyone. It's awkward because they don't like our friend, and in an ideal world we probably shouldn't really be talking to them, but at the end of the day, they haven't done anything horrible to us and the only thing we can say to them is leave Megan and Pete alone, drop it. And we have said that."

TOWIE continues Sunday 31 July at 10pm on ITVBe.
