After rumours the star's parents, Dave and Tanya, and sister Milly would be joining her on screen, it's now been confirmed the whole McKenna clan will appear in Wednesday night's (27 July) episode.
Sitting in an insanely gorgeous garden, the McKennas rally around Megan as she admits she wants help on how to cope with anger and curb her temper, which can flare up during rows. (In case you hadn't noticed!)
Megan's family are on hand to help her talk through her anger issues following a pretty difficult start to the series for her and boyfriend Pete Wicks.
The former Ex On The Beach star, 23, has been accused of "grinding" with a mystery man while on a girls' holiday in Marbella, and being flirtatious with a group of guys. Megan's denied that but it's led to huge rows with Chloe Lewis, Lydia Bright and Mike Hassini.
Megan said this week she wanted anger management classes to learn how to cope with difficult situations. She told Daily Star Sunday: "I'm going to have anger management classes. I've had meetings about it so just need to do it. I definitely need some sort of coping mechanism. I will be getting help because I can't do it on my own."
Despite everything that's been thrown at them, Megan and Pete are stronger than ever and have vowed not to let anyone come between them.
Pete told Mike last week: "Until someone brings me a fact I will back that girl 100 per cent. It's my choice and relationship… Your opinion on my relationship with her is f**king irrelevant."
