Gemma quit The Only Way Is Essex last year, but she is making a one-off comeback this evening (24 July) to support her good friend Bobby.
In scenes yet to be aired, poor Bobby decides to hold a remembrance service for his late dog Beau, who died after being attacked by a larger mutt.
Making sure he has a shoulder to cry on, Gemma attends the ceremony and is there to rally round Bob as his emotions get the better of him.
Last week, Bobby appeared on Loose Women and opened up about the tragic death of Beau. He admitted he made the heartbreaking decision to have Beau put to sleep after he suffered horrific injuries during a walk in the park.
Recalling the moment a large dog on a lead appeared through a gap in the hedge, Bobby explained: "It was a split second. It's so cliché but it's like a film. Time just stopped.
"I just saw him get Beau in his mouth and he shook him. In defence of the big dog, I think he thought Beau was a toy or a rabbit because the way he shook him was very much how you would see a dog play with a toy."
Bobby rushed Beau to the vets, but admitted: "We had to make a decision... It was the kindest thing for Beau. For me, he had been through such a traumatic afternoon that I would have been selfish to try to put him through anything else. It would have been for the wrong reasons."
Last week, Bobby and Gemma teased her return in a Snapchat video.
