Fancy dating Charlotte Crosby or Joey Essex? Well, good news! You could be doing just that this summer!

Former Geordie Shore star Charlotte and ex-TOWIE favourite Joey are two of the stars who have signed up for a new reality show called Celebs Go Dating.

The premise of the E4 show is pretty much what you'd expect from the title: normal people (i.e. us!) are sent on dates with the celebrities to see if romance blossoms.

Exciting!

As well as seeing the actual date, we'll also get to everything else that comes with dating: deciding what outfit to wear, changing your mind a million times, getting glammed up, pre-date nerves, post-date breakdown and, of course, whether there will be a second date!

All applicants will be reviewed to see whether or not you'll actually have a chance at romance with the star: this isn't just for TV, they want some real love stories to emerge!

We so can't wait to see this!

Lime Pictures' Phil Harris said: "We are thrilled to be working with Channel 4 for E4's biggest entertainment series of the season. Giving unprecedented access into our celebrities lives, viewers can watch their dating ups and downs every weeknight... and if they're feeling brave, they can even date the celebs themselves."

Channel 4's Dom Bird added: "If there's one thing we can't bear to see at E4, it's a celebrity who's unlucky in love. That's why we've created our own celebrity dating agency, whose sole aim is to find true romance for famous singletons. Celebs Go Dating will find real people and match them up with famous faces, all in the name of love."

Other stars taking part are Made In Chelsea's Stephanie Pratt, Outnumbered actor Tyger Drew-Honey (he played Jake), YouTuber Jack Jones and Tattoo Fixers star Paisley Billings.
