That's when you know things are getting serious, when those three little words come into play, so we were itching to find out whether Pete and Megan have said, 'I love you', since getting together.
We caught up with Megan ahead of TOWIE returning this Sunday (17 July), but she wasn't giving anything away and instead came over all coy when we asked her...
She did, however, have a HUGE smile on her face.
While Megan wouldn't admit if she and Pete have used the L-word yet, she did exclusively tell us: "It's still early days. It's early days... but I care about him a lot. I can definitely see it going somewhere. Long term."
Opening up about her beau, Megan gushed that things with Pete are going "amazing." She revealed Pete had helped her move into her new place (she recently moved out of her family home in Essex into her own place) and that the couple have now met each other's families.
Sounds like things are definitely going down a more serious road, right?
Megan told us: "It is getting quite serious now. We're actually quite serious now. We're actually quite similar. I thought he was going to be a lot more quiet, but we really get on. We can go on nights out together and have a laugh and that. He's like a best friend as well [as a boyfriend]."
Despite things going well, Megan admitted it does scar her putting her relationship with Pete on camera. Viewers watched the pair's romance develop on the last series of TOWIE and it was in the finale that they finally put a label on things.
Sine then, they've had a break away from the cameras and Megan told us she is wary of putting their romance onscreen and has already started to feel the pressure.
While filming overseas in Palma, Mallorca, Pete and Megan were forced to deal with another rumour about Megan that Chloe Lewis reveals. Tensions between the girls are still rife, after their fallout over claims Megan 'slept with Jake Hall' - Chloe's ex-boyfriend. Megan and Jake have both denied this.
Megan said: "I feel like now it is scary having a relationship and real feelings on the show because there is always going to be things that happen. That's why I didn't really enjoy Palma that much, not because of everyone there, but because it is more of a stress as your real life is involved now.
"The other shows I've done, it's been going away and being in a bubble and then when you come home, you can kinda f**k everyone off. Whereas this show, you're on there with them and if anything happens, you have to deal with it in the moment. It's constant filming and you have to live with that."
It sounds like her and Pete are strong enough to tackle whatever comes their way, with Megan admitting: "It's nice to have someone that has my back as much as Pete does."
TOWIE returns Sunday 17 July at 10pm on ITVBe.
