Many fans noticed the former Miss Great Britain, 20, didn't join the rest of the islanders for their reunion in London on Thursday (14 July).
But rather than some big falling out we didn't hear about, poor Zara has revealed she was too unwell to join in the fun.
She told fans today: "Morning everyone! I had a really bad migraine Wednesday night/ yesterday, that's why I was not at the wrap party for everyone asking."
Plenty of fans sent their well wishes for a speedy recovery.
Zara was the most famous face going into this year's Love Island, holding the title of Miss Great Britain. But no one knew just how many headlines she would make…
She was dethroned as Miss GB while still inside the villa after pageant bosses objected to her having sex with Alex Bowen, saying they couldn't promote her as a positive role model.
A devastated Zara found out from producers.
She chose to leave the villa two days later after learning her mother had taken ill, wanting to return to the UK to be with her family.
Love Island host Caroline Flack has been one of Zara's most vocal supporters since it all happened, saying on ITV's This Morning earlier this week she felt it was handled in the wrong way.
"I really felt for Zara. She did lose her title, I don't think it was the fact she lost her title that I found so offensive, I think it was the way they did it and handled it. I think when you watch a girl who is 20 years old being treated like that it didn't feel nice to watch, so I still have her back."
