The reality star has already met girlfriend Olivia's mum and grandmother, after they entered the villa as part of a surprise, and now he's met her father and baby sister.
Olivia's family surprised her by greeting the couple at the airport in London on Wednesday (13 July) when the islanders returned home from Majorca.
Alongside an airport photo, Olivia said: "Got very emotional today landing back in the UK to see my Dad and little baby sister waiting for me!"
Olivia later told ITV2 during a Facebook Q&A: "My family and friends came and met me at the airport so I got to see my dad and little baby sister and a couple of friends. It was such a nice surprise. I got a big hug when I got there!"
Alex added: "I'm such a mummy's boy. I rang my mum straight away [when we landed] and then all my family and friends."
Alex previously met Olivia's mother and grandmother when they entered the villa ahead of the finale as part of a treat that allowed all islanders contact with their loved ones.
During their chat, Olivia's mum had told her: "You can just see how you're on the same wavelength. You see that connection. I just know. We have been watching all of it and I just know."
Alex was a total charmer when he went over to meet the family, quipping: "I get to sit with these three beautiful ladies."
Olivia's mum quipped: "Don't start! I'm a married lady!"
Her nan memorably then said: "I'm not!"
After the chat, Alex told the Beach Hut: "Her mum and nan are just crazy and so bubbly like Olivia and her mum's an absolute sort. She's stunning isn't she? If Olivia looks like that when she's older I'll be a happy man."
Alex and Olivia finished as runners up during Monday night's finale (11 July), with Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey winning the viewers' vote and scooping the £50,000 prize.
