The first series of the rebooted Love Island featured celebrity guest appearances from the likes of Calum Best and Paul Danan, but that didn't happen in the just-finished second series.
Writing in her new! magazine column, ex-TOWIE star Lauren said she'd been asked to make a guest appearance last year.
"This year's series has been so good," she wrote. "Last year, they had to bring in celebs (they asked me, but I couldn't at the time) but this year they haven't need to."
Love Island came to an end on Monday evening (11 July) with Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey winning the £50,000 prize, with Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland in second place, followed by Kady McDermott and Scott Thomas.
Lauren wrote that she liked all the couples for "different reasons" but didn't have such a glowing report for islander Terry Walsh, who ditched eliminated girlfriend Malin Andersson to hook up with Emma-Jane Woodhams.
"I didn't like Terry – he was a d**khead. Watching Malin go back on was amazing. She should've gone back in the villa, it would've been really funny. And I can't believe Sophie left early. I can understand how stuff from the outside can play on your mind, but she should've just stuck it out."
We're so gutted Love Island is over for another series!
There is good news though.... Caroline Flack has confirmed Love Island has been renewed for 2017 and the search for new islanders is on! So, get applying!
Love Island: Heading Home airs Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.
