This Morning changes name and dedicates show to Wales ahead of semi-final in Euro 2016!

This Morning's had a total rebrand in hour of Wales' semi-final match in Euro 2016!

With Wales taking on Portugal this evening for a place in the final, everyone at This Morning was keen to throw their support behind the home counties team.

As the show started on Wednesday (6 July), the familiar titles were replaced with Welsh titles instead, and viewers were welcomed to: "Bore ma gyda Phillip & Holli."

Welsh references were scattered throughout the opening titles, before Phillip welcomed viewers by saying: "Helo a Croeso i eich Bore Ma ar Dyth Mercher."

Then it was over to Holly who, er, threw out a catchphrase from Gavin & Stacey, said by the show's Welsh character Nessa.

"What's occurring?" she asked.

"You've undone all the good work!" joked Phillip.

As well as the Welsh titles, the studio was decorated with Welsh flags, while house chef Phil Vickery was on hand to create perfect half-time snacks based on Welsh cookery favourites. Rylan Clark-Neal, meanwhile, donned a daffodil headpiece ahead of his showbiz news slot.
