Zara's antics between the sheets have become one of the most-talked about things from Love Island this series, especially as she ended up losing her Miss Great Britain title for sleeping with Alex - so it's no surprise everyone has been having their say.
However, it seems Zara is now bored of constantly being reminded of a night she "regrets", with the reality star now hitting back on Twitter.
Zara claimed her rendezvous in the hideaway is "old news" after noticing a new article on Twitter.
In the piece, Casey says she agrees with Miss GB's decision to strip Zara off her title. She told The Sun: "I mean Zara seems like a sweet girl, but she went on to the show with a Miss GB title and she should be behaving like a role model.
"Having sex on TV is shocking, well I know that sex is very casual these days, and it's not like how it was before, but it's meant to be an intimate thing, not for the rest of the world to see.
"People don't want to tune into television and watch two people having sex, it's cringey, if you want to see something like that then you should just watch porn!"
Zara, meanwhile, appeared to hit back at the Celebrity Big Brother star. She tweeted: "Oh please! Is this not old news now... Pipe down!"

Zara had chosen Alex to join her on a date in the hideaway, later confessing to her islanders that the pair had sex.
After her confession aired onscreen, the organisers of Miss Great Britain decided to 'de-throne' Zara, releasing an official statement to say that they could no longer look to Zara as a role model for the beauty pageant.
Their decision divided the internet. While some agreed that Zara should forsake her crown, others claimed it was an "unfair" decision to make and a petition has been set up for Zara's title to be reinstated.
Speaking of the incident herself, Zara claimed her actions with Alex had been a "mistake." She said: "I did Miss Great Britain because I wanted to do it. If you put that hard work in, the commitment, the time and the effort… I did. And I won. And I worked so hard. And now just one stupid silly mistake, being in the moment, has ruined everything."
Further explaining their decision Miss GB organisers claimed Zara had "verbally agreed" to refrain from having sex on TV, despite her claims she was never told not to.
Her title has now been passed onto 2015/2016 runner up Deone Robertson, but Zara recently revealed she hasn't had to give her Miss Great Britain crown back.
Instead, she is hoping to auction it off for charity.
Speaking on FUBAR radio, Zara revealed: "I still have my crown, I don't have to give it back!" She then added: "I was thinking I should maybe auction it or raffle it off for charity or something."
She added that she didn't think the decision to take her title from her had been handled well. Zara said: "I was the last person to find out, it felt like the whole world had found out before me. I had such a great bond with the guys at Miss Great Britain, I just think what's a phone call to explain the reasons and have a chat. No [it wasn't well handled]."
