Well, this is interesting…

On last night's Love Island we saw Scott Thomas steadfastly refusing to nominate Terry Walsh and Emma-Jane Woodham among the weakest couples of the villa, saying he'd never do that to close friend Tel.

But whoever is running Scott's Twitter account thinks differently…

A tweet was sent from Scott's account during last night's episode that read: "Terry's not got a game plan at all really has he." It was accompanied by a picture of a snake.

Oh…

While discussing the options for weakest couple, Terry told Emma-Jane: "Kady and Scott have just come through… they have been on such a journey since day dot in here. I told Scott I love Kady but f**k her off, get rid of her, she's bad news."

Of course, us viewers have seen everything that goes on in the villa, while the islanders only know about the conversations they're involved in or what they're told.

Terry's had a rather controversial week in the villa. First, he vowed to leave when girlfriend Malin Andersson was eliminated, but then did a U-turn and chose to stay and finish the experience.

He then admitted he didn't miss Malin and had wanted to dump her before her exit. Newbie Emma-Jane Woodham then arrived, and immediately hit it off with Terry, so much so they are now officially coupled and the girls are feeling very bad for Malin, who has been watching from home.

Terry is now coupled with Emma.

Meanwhile, all the islanders voted for their weakest two couples last night, with Tom Powell and Sophie Gradon, and Liana Isadora Van Riel and Adam Maxted coming last, which means they're all facing the public vote.

Caroline Flack will be back in the villa tonight to tell the group which member of each couple has been saved and which is going home.

Love Island airs 9pm on ITV2.
