Viewers know Kady and Scott have had a rather tempestuous time on the ITV2 show, although they've been surprising low-key and drama-free in recent days.
Writing in her new! magazine column, ex-TOWIE star Lauren said: "Scott and Kady's relationship is really messed up, but it's entertaining to watch.
"She's a psycho!"
Kady and Scott had the chat last week about making things official but didn't go through with it. Scott admitted: "I think me and Kady have been classed as a joke couple. We've not been taken very seriously."
While Kady suggested they were an "official couple" without needing to label it, saying: "We can actually sit with a group of people and have fun and talk and banter as mates. We basically are like an official couple; we're just scared of putting a label on it because that's when things could go wrong."
Scott later told the boys: "To be honest, I don't want to put a label on anything. The biggest test is going to be when new guys come in. I've took my risk and right now it's paid off. If she goes back to the way she was, she's not only fooled me, she's fooled everyone else."
Lauren, who admitted she's "addicted" to the show, added that she enjoys Nathan Massey and Cara de la Hoyde's pairing: "[They] are so funny. He's so cute and because they're both from Essex, I can really relate to them."
Someone she doesn't relate to, however, is Liana Isadora Van Riel, who is currently single on the show but has a pact to couple up with Adam Maxted as friends.
"I really don't like Liana," said Lauren. "What are those black roots about?! Theyre horrendous! Her voice annoys me too."
Liana arrived in the villa with Tina Stinnes two weeks ago, but neither girl has found love just yet. Instead, they both made friendship pacts in the event of a recoupling: Liana with Adam and Tina with Terry Walsh.
But Tina's now been left vulnerable and upset after Terry clicked with latest newcomer Emma-Jane Woodham, and told the islanders his deal with Tina didn't count if he found someone he really liked.
Things are going to get shaken up on Tuesday night, however, as two new single men are entering the villa: Troy Frith and Oliver Maxwell Fernandez.
Love Island continues 9pm on ITV2.
