The married couple will step in for Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford when they are on holiday in July, a spokesperson for ITV has confirmed to Daily Mail.
Confirmation of the pair being lined up for the daytime show comes after a source revealed to The Mirror: "Rylan is hugely popular with the This Morning audience and working with Dan again will provide key chemistry a show like this requires with its hosts."
Their presenting debut next month won't be the first time the pair have joined forces for This Morning, as Rylan and Dan impressed back in December when they interviewed Christopher Cramp, one of the first men in the UK to have a civil partnership.
The interview aired shortly after Rylan and Dan tied the knot themselves. At the time, Rylan had said about working with Dan: "Obviously, me and Dan do a lot of work together away from TV on the development side, so we are used to doing stuff like that, but to do stuff on camera together was a little bit strange. But I really enjoyed doing it."
He and Dan married on 7 November 2015 in Essex. The couple had announced their engagement a year before, after a romantic proposal in Paris, September 2014.
Rylan and Dan originally met through Big Brother in 2013. They will be the first ever same-sex couple to front This Morning.
