Vogue, who is now single again after splitting with Westlife star Brian last year, made the admission while opening up about her single status during an appearance on ITV's Loose Women.
She revealed she is dating again, and told the panel about all the dating rules her friend had told her she needed to follow...
Vogue said: "My friend told me all these rules and I can't be dealing with that. You can't be available within two days of them asking you out, never give away your weekends and you can sleep with somebody on the third date."
She then confessed: "You can throw all the rules out the window... me and Brian did hanky panky on the first night we met and then we ended up getting married!"
The 30-year-old joked: "I'm not saying I do that with everyone, but it worked out well for awhile."
Vogue added: "It just depends on the situation... It was only one time. I knew it was something more."
She and Brian had been married for nearly three years, before they decided to end their relationship in July 2015. Vogue announced their split via Twitter and said: "It is with sadness that Brian and I have made the tough decision to go our separate ways. We will always care greatly about each other, remain friends and wish each other all the very best for the future."
Since deciding to separate, Brian and Vogue have remained close friends. Brian revealed back in September: "We are genuinely best friends - that is a part of the relationship that never changes."
Opening up about why they chose to split, he added: "We both knew for a long time that it was coming to an end... It's the best break up I have ever had, the easiest one in history. The worst thing would be losing Vogue as a friend."
Vogue, meanwhile, has admitted she will be "jealous" when Brian moves on with somebody else explaining: "My biggest worry is that his new girlfriend won't let me be his friend."
For now, though, Vogue is enjoying being single.
She explained on to the Loose Women panel: "I was in relationship back to back for eleven years, since I was 19, and I decided that I needed to have a break and be on my own. I hated being on my own, I was terrified of being on my own, I had nobody to text, I had nobody to spoon... those are the parts that I miss, but I knew I had to be comfortable being on my own.
"When you're in a relationship you do rely on that person... I don't have that anymore and I love it now... I think people find it weird that I am quite happy to be single."
