The 24-year-old is currently filming series 13 of Geordie Shore, but in her latest magazine column for Star, she admitted there could be a career change in her future.
"I've thought about having some acting lessons to see if I enjoy it – and to see if I am any good – but I just don't have time at the moment," she wrote.
Marnie's comment came following ex-co-star Charlotte Crosby's declaration she wanted to fly to Los Angeles and see if she could land a movie or TV role in the States.
"I've heard Charlotte is heading out to LA for acting auditions this summer," said Marnie. "I think she'll be a success at whatever she puts her hand to. I've never been to LA but I would love to go."
Charlotte quit Geordie Shore at the start of June, so isn't filming with the rest of the cast abroad. Instead, she's just back in the UK from a business trip to Australia to promote her latest InTheStyle range.
She recently told The Sun: "I am going to make my trip to LA this year and I'm going to start auditioning… [It's going to be] very fun and exciting. I think I could definitely do it… Be the next Bridget Jones…"
If it happens, Charlotte won't be the first Geordie Shore star to try their hand at acting: Scotty T has appeared in Neighbours, while Vicky Pattison was recently seen in an episode of BBC Three's Murder In Successville.
