Helen pens a column for Daily Star Online and in her latest, she took aim at Charlotte while showing her support for Love Island star Zara Holland, after she was stripped of her Miss Great Britain title.
Big Brother winner Helen had questioned why Charlotte can be considered a role model, despite having sex on TV, and Zara can't.
She wrote: "I don't think it's fair we banish a girl for making one silly mistake when our teens are reading books from the likes of that slug-head Charlotte Crosby, who's been banged more times than a taxi door on TV. Not to mention peeing herself, on purpose for the cameras, just to get her pay cheque."
Helen's comments prompted Charlotte to respond on Twitter. She tweeted in a series of posts: "It's very sad that people these days are in some kind of competition, as to who can say the nastiest, vilest things in their "Columns"....
"All I can say is the vile/ boarder line bullying words that come out from your mouths say more about YOU. Then the person they are aimed at.
"Jeeeezzzzz guys where is the LOVE?! I think each and every1 of you are amazing. Even you columnists your punctuation was spectacular (sic)."

While the 26-year-old didn't directly refer to Helen in her tweets, many were quick to make the link between the pair.
Helen, meanwhile, responded by tweeting: "Twitter notifications have gone a little h'wild. Has someone gone & took today's column a little personal again?"
Previously tweeting about her comment, Helen had told her followers: "Sex on tv, why can 1 girl do it & be crowned yet the other uncrowned? Double standards or whaaat (sic)."

She had spoken out against the Miss Great Britain Organisation's decision to take away Zara's title, after she confessed to having sex with Alex Bowen on Love Island.
At the time, they explained in a statement: "The feedback we have received from pageant insiders and members of the general public is such that we cannot promote Zara as a positive role model moving forward. We wholly understand that everyone makes mistakes, but Zara, as an ambassador for Miss Great Britain, simply did not uphold the responsibility expected of the title."
They later claimed Zara had "knowingly gone against their wishes" as they had only given her permission to appear on the dating show, under the stipulation that she wouldn't have sex on TV.
Zara, meanwhile, revealed she was "gutted" to lose her Miss GB crown. She said: "I did Miss Great Britain because I wanted to do it. If you put that hard work in, the commitment, the time and the effort… I did. And I won. And I worked so hard. And now just one stupid silly mistake, being in the moment, has ruined everything.
"I can't even put into words how gutted I am."
She told fans she has been "humbled" by their support. More than 8000 people have already signed a petition for her to be given her title back.
