Love Island: Will Scott Thomas ditch Kady McDermott for one of the villa's new girls?

Tonight (17 June), two new girls, Tina Stinnes and Liana Isadora Van Riel surprised the islanders and have now joined the villa. Their arrival came after the villa's latest re-coupling, meaning there are no single guys currently on the show.

That alone is bound to cause a stir, but speaking exclusively to Reveal following his Love Island exit, James Khan hinted trouble could be on the cards for Scott and Kady...

He claimed that Scott has been waiting for new girls to come along, as cracks have started show within his and Kady's relationship.

Things haven't been plain sailing for Scott and Kady since the pair got together, and fans recently watched the couple briefly split. Kady had joined James for a dinner date and later confessed to "fancying the pants off him."

Their date had her questioning her romance with Scott, and she questioned whether they have a future on the outside together. She suggested they didn't, prompting Scott to tell Kady he was "done" with their relationship and they appeared to call things off.

Ahead of the re-coupling Kady had been torn between Scott and James. She, in the end, decided to go for Scott, but James has said she has made the "wrong decision."

He told us: "The [new girls] are going to cause a massive stir. Scott was like, 'I can't wait for new girls to come in.' I wish Kady had heard him say it. He was like, 'Bring on the girls.' Trust me, that will be interesting."

Having had experience of being a late arrival to the villa, James admitted it was "so hard" as you are instantly at a disadvantage. Everyone is coupled up already, so being able to date the person you want can result in you upsetting a few people.

He said: "It's so hard coming in late, especially when the single girls are the girls you don't fancy at all. I was thinking, 'Should I force myself to fancy a single girl and save myself?' But, no, it's not real."

Offering some advice to Tina and Liana, James said: "You have to go with who you actually like. You have to go with your gut instinct. There's no point in being unhappy. Enjoy it. Embrace it. It's so much fun."

Love Island airs nightly on ITV2.
