The 26-year-old was an original castmember on the MTV show but dramatically quit earlier this month, saying she didn't want to film anymore with co-star and ex-boyfriend Gaz Beadle.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Charlotte said there's no way she would return to the series after making the decision to walk away, unless it was to celebrate the programme's decade.
"It's a definite no. It's over now, I've left, I can't just go back willy-nilly," she said.
"I'd go back for that [the tenth anniversary] but is it even going to be still on by then?"
Charlotte added that she would love people to stop watching Geordie Shore now that she's left, but she doesn't think that will happen.
"People will still watch it without me, they won't just stop – but I hope they do. I hope everyone stops watching it."
Charlotte is currently in Australia working. Her final Geordie Shore appearance aired on MTV on Tuesday night, when the Big Birthday Battle series came to an end.
Her decision to quit the show came after a difficult week in which she revealed she'd been hospitalised and undergone an emergency operation after an ectopic pregnancy. It happened while Gaz was in Thailand filming for Ex On The Beach. She claims she was recovering from the op when she heard allegations he'd been unfaithful.
Gaz, however, said he'd been single as neither he nor Charlotte had made their romance official before he left. He penned a column for the Daily Star, saying he felt the pregnancy should have been kept quiet. His column, which also documented their relationship and his thoughts on why it went wrong, sparked a furious reaction from Charlotte on Twitter.
She announced she'd quit Geordie Shore, tweeting: "Sadly because a certain some1 can't admit to being in the wrong and have to write a short story full of excuses. I have made the the very hard decision to leave the show, it's something I have went back and forth with for a while now. (sic)."
There had been rumours Charlotte could return for cameo and special appearances, but she said: "I appreciate all the optimistic articles of me returning to @mtvgeordieshore for "Special Occasions" But sadly there's no truth in these...
"I am no longer a part of Geordie shore and have no plans in returning. It's massively devastating for me and I will miss them all. But I'm ready and MASSIVELY excited for my real life to start now. Just to clear that up from the articles that have been claiming otherwise."
She is, however, working with MTV on new ideas, saying in an interview with MTV.co.uk: "I'm massively excited for the future and - don't worry - this isn't the last you'll see of me on MTV. I'm working on a great new idea with the team there and will always be one of the 'family'."
And a producer for Geordie Shore added: "We're working with Charlotte on other new and exciting projects, and she knows the door is open for her to return to Geordie Shore when she's ready."
Series 13 is currently filming in Spain.
