The 28-year-old had been pictured chatting to a woman at the launch of co-star Aaron Chalmers' new shot bar last week, but writing in his weekly column for Daily Star, Gaz denied anything had happened.
"So… there was a report about me "getting close to" and apparently banging every female I spoke to on my recent trip to Magaluf, despite the pictures they had clearly showed me talking to someone. Talking. I'm good, but I'm not that good," he said.
Gaz had flown to Magaluf shortly after ex-girlfriend Charlotte Crosby, 26, revealed she'd been hospitalised with an ectopic pregnancy while Gaz was filming Ex On The Beach in Thailand.
She needed emergency surgery to remove a fallopian tube after it tore, causing internal bleeding, and claimed she'd been recovering when she learned Gaz had slept with someone else on EOTB.
Gaz, however, has insisted he was single when he filmed Ex On The Beach, as neither he nor Charlotte had made it public, and said he volunteered to fly back to England to be with Charlotte but she told him to continue filming as he was under contract.
"I was really low and, even though I'm in the public eye, I have never really had my private life put under the microscope," added Gaz in his column. "It was pretty intense but I feel I've come out the other side."
Charlotte quit Geordie Shore earlier this month so hasn't joined the cast in Magaluf, although fans are still hoping she'll change her mind... and it appears Gaz may be too...
As the show's stars flew out to Spain to start filming series 13, Charlotte suggested regretting that decision, tweeting: "When you realise you made what seems like the worst decision of your life. I've lost my family… and my life. Cast and CREW."
Gaz responded to Charlotte on Twitter, telling her: "It's not too late… Get a bag packed and get your arse out here." He added a green heart emoji and a plane emoji.
