Charlotte, 26, told a magazine she'd been rushed into emergency surgery and had a fallopian tube removed after it tore, causing internal bleeding.
Writing in her weekly column for new magazine, Vicky said: "I've reached out to my pal Charlotte Crosby after she revealed she'd suffered an ectopic pregnancy in April.
"It's horrendous what she's been through, but I'm pleased she spoke about it so people could understand what she's had to deal with. She's a strong girl and I have nothing but the deepest love and admiration for her."
Charlotte opened up about her ordeal to Heat magazine last week, saying on/off boyfriend Gaz Beadle was the father. She said she spoke out to explain why she'd had to cancel a recent book tour, why she wasn't eager to discuss Gaz in public, and to raise awareness of the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy.
Her fee for the interview was donated to charity.
Many Geordie Shore stars reached out to Charlotte following the interview, including Chloe Ferry who said: "Can't tell you how much I look up to this girl, big sister for life, what a strong woman you are, beautiful."
Marnie Simpson said: "Very brave girl. @Charlottegshore love you lots. Don't worry about a thing. We got your back." Holly Hagan tweeted a broken heart emoji and kisses, while Chantelle Connelly said: "Sending my love @Charlottegshore, chin up beautiful. Love ya."
Charlotte later thanked everyone for their well wishes, tweeting: " "Thank you so much every1.....your support means a lot. I'm shooting at the minute.....but have still been seeing your messages xxx."
