The Prevu London owner was hospitalised last weekend after an altercation at a nightclub ended in violence.
Although Jake hasn't confirmed what happened, multiple reports have alleged he was stabbed and taken to intensive care by his friends.
Jake updated fans on his condition yesterday, showing a picture of himself shaving while still hooked up to machines in hospital.
He told Instagram followers: "Was best feeling having my hair washed and having a shave feeling better. #lovelife."
Last week, he'd admitted to getting a bit frustrated in hospital and wanting to get better as soon as possible.
Jake thanked the medics who'd been treating him, saying: "Nurses and doctors are best people on Earth the way they look after you and help is just something else all deserve much more."
Shortly after the alleged stabbing, he told fans: "Your support has got me through this worrying time but as I said you can't get rid me that easy! I'm slowly getting better."
Meanwhile, his former co-star Jessica Wright - who was in Marbs at the time of Jake's injury - told Daily Star Sunday she wouldn't be surprised if the ordeal brought Jake and ex-girlfriend Chloe Lewis close again.
She said: "We were all out that night and I had just left to go home when Jake got attacked. I've spoken to Chloe. She's obviously really upset. But when something like this happens everything that's been silly goes out of the window, so it could bring them back together."
