It had been speculated the reality star may still pop up on the MTV show from time to time despite quitting last week... but, sadly, she's said that just isn't true.
Charlotte tweeted: "I appreciate all the optimistic articles of me returning to @mtvgeordieshore for "Special Occasions" But sadly there's no truth in these...
"I am no longer a part of Geordie shore and have no plans in returning. It's massively devastating for me and I will miss them all. But I'm ready and MASSIVELY excited for my real life to start now. Just to clear that up from the articles that have been claiming otherwise."
Charlotte told fans on Wednesday (1 June) she was walking away from Geordie Shore after five years in order to remove herself from ex-boyfriend and co-star Gaz Beadle.
But an insider later told The Sun: "We know Charlotte has hinted at leaving in the past but viewers can expect to see her return for guest appearances and special occasions."
Charlotte has been a castmember since day one and is one of the most successful stars to emerge from the Geordie Shore house. As well as winning Celebrity Big Brother and appearing in Ex On The Beach, she has her own clothing line, weight loss and lifestyle books and DVDs.
It was a very difficult week for Charlotte, which began when she revealed in a magazine interview she'd had an ectopic pregnancy that led her to undergo an emergency operation to remove a torn fallopian tube that had caused internal bleeding.
Then, she quit Geordie Shore and became embroiled in a Twitter row with ex Gaz, although they both deleted their tweets later on, and she admitted to being "embarrassed" by her outburst.
Whatever happens, Charlotte has said she's looking "onwards and upwards" from here.
