Last week (23 May), Marnie had tweeted to say she was "envious" of the figures of the girls on Made In Chelsea. She had told fans: "Every girl on made in Chelsea are painfully thin. I'm JELOUS (sic)."
However, she appeared to back track on her comments in her latest column for Star magazine, claiming that she 'doesn't think she'd like to be that skinny.' She commented on Lucy's figure particularly, prompting Lucy to now hit back.
Marnie had said: "Lucy Watson looks like a skeleton."
Lucy, however, criticised Marnie for making comments about her appearance - especially as she knows what it's like to receive negative comments about her body.
Just yesterday, Marnie posed completely naked on Twitter to hit back at bodyshamers. She tweeted alongside her photo: "Cannot believe I got told I was fat... I am happy with my size & I'm sorry I'm not a size 0."
Lucy commented on Marnie's tweet and replied: "@MarnieGShore yeah you look great! Shame you then had to go and insult my body to make yourself feel better."
It's not the first time Lucy has been forced to defend her appearance lately.
She found herself subject to a slew of comments claiming her to be "too thin" and responded in a series tweets. Lucy fired back: "So many f**king haters in the world. I'm the healthiest I've ever been, the body shaming needs to stop..."
She added: "Some people are skinny, some people are fat. GAF."
Lucy also explained that switching to a vegan diet has meant she has lost weight recently. One fan tweeted the reality star to say: "@imLucyWatson you look amazing and it's probably down to your veggie diet, good for the animals and your bod!"
Animal lover Lucy replied: "Yes lost a lot of weight since becoming vegan. Feel so much healthier though. And better for the animals."
Marnie has not yet responded to Lucy's tweet.
