Chanelle, who starred in the 2007 series of BB, is now a size 16 and decided to show the panelists, live studio audience and viewers at home just how proud she is of her natural curves.
Wearing a bright cerise two-piece under a white dressing gown, the 28-year-old mum-of-one walked onto the set holding a life-size cutout of herself aged 19.
Before revealing her body, Chanelle explained that she is much happier being a size 16, as she has been constantly miserable and on a diet in the past. In fact, Chanelle said she was previously "very close" to having an eating disorder.
"I was so miserable, all I wanted was a burger. I was always in a bad mood," she said.
"I am a lot happier now, I have a healthier approach to eating. I can have a coffee and cake at soft play with other mums and not feel guilty. I used to take a Tuppaware box with grilled chicken."
She added: "I work out a lot, I don't just sit there and shove a pizza in my face."
However, when Janet Street Porter asked Chanelle whether her being bigger was part of a long-term plan to release a fitness DVD, she admitted she would lose weight for this reason "if the money was right" and providing the diet was a healthy one, "not by only eating 500 calories a day".
Following an advert break, Chanelle removed her dressing gown and walked through the audience, modelling her bikini. Panelist Katie Price seemed particularly impressed, saying: "Your belly is quite flat. You've not got any rolls there!"
Following her appearance on the ITV1 show, Chanelle - whose son Blakely was backstage, tweeted: "Thanks so much @loosewomen for having us on the show earlier. Had a fab time see you all soon xx."
