While Geordie Shore co-stars Charlotte Crosby and Chloe Ferry have gone under the knife to alter their appearances, Holly has opted for something much less invasive.
And, judging by her comments on her before and after pictures, Holly couldn't be more delighted.
Rather than having cosmetic surgery, Holly has had fillers injected into her nose to straighten up the bridge. The reality star has since told fans how quickly it was done and how little it hurt compared to an actual nose job.
Sharing two pictures on Instagram this evening, Holly explained: "For a long time I've been conscious of the bump in my nose and have wanted it my streamlined!
"The thought of having my nose broken to change such a small detail didn't seem worth it. I spoke to @drtijionesho at @lebeau_ideal and using a small amount of filler he has completely straightened the appearance of my nose.
"This took 15 minutes and was virtually pain free! I can't believe the difference!
"Would recommend to anyone thinking of having a full rhinoplasty maybe this is an option for you! Thank you so much."
Earlier this year, Charlotte Crosby went under the knife and had a bump in her nose removed.
She is delighted with the results, however she recently faced scrutiny from Loose Women's Janet Street Porter, who asked why she didn't just have therapy to get over her confidence issues.
Meanwhile, last week Chloe Ferry also gave fans a new glimpse of her nose following surgery. Chloe was so impressed with Charlotte's new appearance that she opted for the same surgeon.
