Things have been pretty tense between Charlotte and Gary lately. Everyone had presumed they were dating in recent months, but both Charlotte and Gary have insisted they have always been single.
They had, however, been trying to work out if they had a future together, but their romance came to a halt after rumours surfaced alleging Gary had bedded three other girls while filming for Ex On The Beach last month.
Fans had recently urged Gary to 'sort things out' with Charlotte, after he revealed he was missing a Geordie Shore event in London because of her, and now, reports claim it's not just Charlotte that Gaz has a strained relationship with.
According to The Sun Online, Gary's Geordie Shore co-stars are 'not keen' on him either.
A souce told the publication that Charlotte "cannot be around Gary at the moment." They claimed that she asked Gary not to attend the celebrations for Geordie Shore's fifth birthday in London yesterday, as it is "too painful" for her to see him.
"The rest of the cast are really not keen on him either," the source added. "It's all a bit awkward, so the best thing to do was to have have Charlotte there tonight and Gary at the press night a few weeks ago."
MTV had no comment when contacted by Reveal, while Gary has insisted it was HIS decision not to attend, which suggests it was nothing to do with his co-stars.
The Geordie Shore cast had come together earlier this month to promote the show's spinoff series currently airing on MTV, Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle.
Charlotte hadn't been in attendance. At the time, a rep for the 26-year-old had told Reveal she was extremely unwell.
Gaz orginally sparked speculation he and Charlotte are now avoiding each other, after tweeting fans to address his absence in the capital.
He said: "5 years f**king hell!!!! Happy birthday to the Gshore crew... Shame things are abit s**t atm and I'am not going London... Special day tho (sic)."
On seeing his tweet, many of Gaz's followers urged him to clear the air with Charlotte. One user had commented: "Why beadle coz of urs and charlotte situation, this is getting a joke, sort it out (sic)."
However, Gary has since insisted Charlotte didn't 'ban' him for Geordie Shore's birthday party, explaining that it was his decision not to attend.
Gary wrote in his new weekly column for Daily Star: "I didn't go to London this week to celebrate the fifth birthday as I wanted the whole team to have an amazing time without having to worry about me and Char. So, no, Charlotte didn't 'ban' me from the event."
He also responded to being branded a 'love rat' following those Ex On The Beach rumours, adding: "No, I'm not a love rat. How can you even be one if you're not in a relationship in the first place?"
