The 20-year-old joined her castmates at MTV studios in London on Tuesday night (24 May) to celebrate the show's fifth birthday.
For Chloe, it was her first public appearance since going under the knife to smooth a bump in her nose that had made her lack confidence when having her picture taken from the side.
She was super glammed up in a rose pink bandage dress and sandals, as she posed for photos outside the Camden studios ahead of the birthday party.
Not all Chloe's fans were happy about her nose job, with some saying she didn't need it and was beautiful before. Chloe, however, has always been quite open that she doesn't care what others think as long as she's happy. She tweeted recently: "Sick of getting nasty tweets about surgery! Why are people so bothered about my face? Have yous got nothing better to do boringgggg."
After having her surgery, she said: "I was always unhappy with the shape of my nose and decided to trust Elite Surgical and Mr Sultan Hassan with my rhinoplasty surgery. So pleased with the results!"
Chloe is the second Geordie Shore star to have a nose job this year. Co-star Charlotte Crosby, 26, also went under the knife and is equally thrilled about the results of her operation.
Meanwhile, on last night's Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle, Chloe found herself getting attention from two men: Marty McKenna and the recently-returned Daniel Thomas-Tuck.
Marty and Dan are best friends and, when Dan returned to the house last night, Marty told him to stay away from Chloe, as he's been hooking up with her lately. But Dan quite fancies Chloe. In the end, Marty ended up pulling another girl, which Chloe saw, so she went off and got close to Dan, leading to a row between Marty and Dan.
So much drama! (Though they did make up the next day.)
Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle continues 10pm on Tuesday on MTV.
