Posting a gorgeous picture of herself and her husband on their big day, Michelle wrote: "One year today...24.5.15 #M&M." She also adorned her message with love-heart emojis.

Too cute!

Yesterday, Mark publicly acknowledged his and Michelle's wedding anniversary with a romantic post on his Instagram page.

The snap - of a swimming pool - revealed they had headed to a luxury spa resort, with many of his fans suggesting it was five star hotel and spa Pennyhill Park in Surrey.

Alongside the photo he wrote: "The most perfect time in the most perfect place with the most perfect person...."

It's been a hectic time for Mark and Michelle lately, meaning they have not had a chance to spend much time together. Actress Michelle has recently returned from filming BBC One's Our Girl in South Africa, having been out there for three months.

On her return, Michelle was joined by her husband on the red carpet at the BAFTAs in London, putting paid to any speculation that their marriage was under strain from the long distance.

The couple wed at St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmonds, before hosting a lavish wedding reception at Hengrave Hall for their guests. The newlyweds later jetted off on honeymoon to the Maldives, before reuniting with their family in Dubai - the place where they first met and Mark proposed in September 2013.

Happy anniversary, guys!
