Has Love Island star Josh Ritchie just teased he'll be returning for the show's second series?

He's definitely got us all talking!

Love Island returns to our screens next week (30 May) and fans are super intrigued to see who'll be heading into the villa this time round. By the sounds of it, so is Josh, but is his interest in the lineup actually more of a hint instead?

Taking to Twitter earlier today, Josh tweeted: "So who's in @loveisland new line up tomorrow hmmmmmm."

Pretty cryptic or not?

Josh's tweet had us all guessing, with some beginning to think it could be his way of hinting he is set for a comeback. Fans would definitely be keen for Josh to return to their screens, with one follower commenting: "Wish your name would come up in it! Want you back in there!"

And if Love Island isn't set to air until next week, how does Josh know the lineup will be revealed tomorrow? Could that mean he's involved?

It could simply be Josh showing his interest in the dating show that put him in the public eye, and with all the rumours surrounding the contestants this series already, it's not surprising he's just as keen to find out as we are.

It's been teased that we could see a slew of familiar faces this series, including Ex On The Beach star Jordan Davies, TOWIE star Pete Wicks' former flame Riah Read and Lady Colin Campbell's son Dima.

ITV, however, are yet to confirm the offical lineup and usually, it isn't revealed until launch night. That's seven days to go, people!

Josh with Naomi Ball on Love Island last summer.

Josh appeared on the first series of Love Island last summer, and enjoyed a brief romance with Jess Hayes, before coupling up with Naomi Ball.

She, however, later chose to split with Josh and set her sights on Max Morley instead - later stealing him away from Jess, as she and Max had been coupled up.

Despite not having a love interest in the villa after Naomi, Josh did go on to make the final and made third place with Lauren Richardson. The show was won by Jess and Max (after they reunited) and they beat runners up Jon Clark and Hannah Elizabeth.

Jess and Max's romance didn't last, however, and they split six weeks after getting together. Since then, Max has labelled his relationship with Jess a "big mistake" and claimed he "regrets" not taking the entire prize fund of £50,000 for himself. He and Jess had chosen to share it between them, instead.

Jon and Hannah have since separated too. Jon had proposed to Hannah on the show, but they later called off their engagement in October last year.
