The former Hollyoaks actress, 23, posted to Instagram – then deleted – a claim to be pregnant. Since then, she hasn't mentioned it again and her rep has not commented.
But today she liked a tweet sent to her by a fan that read: "Unplanned… does not mean unwanted or unloved. It just means life knew what I needed before even I did."
Although Stephanie has made no public comment about the pregnancy claim since the deleted Instagram, she had favourited another tweet asking if she'd been buying "baby bits" yet.
Stephanie's fans were surprised this week when she posted and deleted a lengthy post that included: "Yeah loved him unconditionally, after a week of hell and late phone calls and pain he's caused I still kept my phone so I could find him, find out I'm pregnant and he says he doesn't love me anymore and blocked."
Her rep has not commented on the claim.
Ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell, however, posted a statement this week saying he'd take responsibility is the pregnancy is true.
He said: "First of all, I think it's ridiculous this being on social media as it's no one's business. But this is what I have to deal with and clear my name.
"Just to be clear, if what is circulating is true, I'll always be responsible for my actions, and I explained to Steph I'll speak to her, and do everything for her, if she stops drinking and partying knowing she's "pregnant". I'm sick of tit for tat but I won't let anyone slander me.
"I haven't been ideal in the relationship whatsoever, I'm trying to move on peacefully, it's a shock to most, but a kid can't fix a broken relationship."
Stephanie and Irish model Jeremy, 25, met on Celebrity Big Brother in January and have rarely been out of the headlines since thanks to their tumultuous relationship. They split for a fourth time at the start of May.
