Pete Wicks has joked that he and Megan McKenna need to "find a compromise" when it comes to the length of his hair.

The handsome TOWIE favourite is known for his long locks but it seems girlfriend Megan wouldn't mind him losing a bit of length...

In a live video chat with Fabulous magazine on Facebook, Pete said: "She doesn't mind it. She wants me to have a little trim. She doesn't want it all off. But I always say if I was to cut it off, I would have it all taken off. So we need to find some sort of compromise. I think because my hair will be longer than hers soon, she's not too keen on that!"

As for whether he borrows Megan's hair products, he said: "No, I have my own. I like my own and what I'm used to."

Earlier this year, he hit out at critics of his long hair on Twitter, saying: "People commenting on my hair...Sorry I don't have a short back and sides but I like it so why don't you wind your necks in! #Ssshh."

Pete played a funny strip quiz with Fabulous during his chat, which saw him losing every item of clothing bar his underpants. Which technically he should have removed as he got the last question wrong, but he decided to protect his modesty and keep them on!

Pete's long hair has many admirers!

The 27-year-old began dating Megan earlier this year, and they made it official during the 17th series finale of TOWIE, finally confirming they are boyfriend and girlfriend.

They recently holidayed together in Dubai - looking sizzling hot poolside - and frequently gush about each other on social media. (Remember when Pete called Megan's bum the best view in Dubai?!)

Pete's also a protective boyfriend: just last night, he hit out at a Twitter user who branded Megan a "kn*b", saying: "Actually pal, she ain't, so why don't you pipe down and keep your irrelevant opinion to yourself?"
