Lauren had Jake's moniker etched onto her skin, after they decided to rekindle their romance last summer. She and Jake had initially dated in 2012, before splitting a year later.
Despite rekindling things, Lauren recently confirmed she and Jake have split again and she's now looking to have that tattoo of her former flame's name removed.
Speaking to OK! magazine about her break up with Jake, Lauren addressed her inking and revealed: "I've already started treatment to get rid of it. It probably wasn't the best idea I've ever had!"
She had sparked speculation she and Jake split last month, after deleting all traces of him from her Instagram account. A rep for Lauren later confirmed the pair had chosen to end their relationship "amicably."
Now, Lauren has said she is "relieved" things with Jake are over. She explained that she has realised Jake isn't the man she wants to settle down and have children with.
The 29-year-old explained: "The relationship was quite hard. I felt like I was the one doing everything and putting the effort in. I'm at the age where I'd like to have children but Jake isn't the sort of man I'd want to do it with."
"I want my kids to be surrounded with security and love, and although I think Jake is capable of that, he's just not consistent," she said.
Lauren has also ruled out a reunion with Jake in the future. Confirming their split herself, Lauren recently told fans: "I can confirm that Jake and I have sadly split. I don't want to go into too much detail because I don't want to sl*g him off, but I don't see us getting back together, put it that way."
