The actress is usually pretty active on the likes of Instagram and Twitter, but yesterday (14 May) she told fans that she wouldn't be using it for a while.
Taking to Twitter, Steph wrote "Coming off social media for a while dudes having a break. Take care and look after your selfs, Stephanie" (sic).
Before making the announcement, the former Hollyoaks star retweeted a quote about losing people you love, prompting indication that it was about ex Jeremy, who she parted ways with just last week.
The quote read: "The worst thing in life is not losing the one we love, but losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much."
Supportive fans replied to the retweet and encouraged Steph to keep positive despite the break-up, with one user writing: "Your such a stunning girl with an amazing talent. never is easy but keep strong we need to see you shine (sic)".
Steph and Jeremy ended things for the fourth time last week. Speculation that the romance was over emerged when Jeremy told fans he was starting a "new leaf", Steph then went on to confirm things by posting screenshots of messages that her ex-man apparently sent to another girl.
Since then, Stephanie has enjoyed a kiss with Ex On The Beach star Jordan Davies, as well as posting a steamy snap of her bum and legs.
Meanwhile, Jeremy went on a cryptic Twitter rant, which appeared to be aimed at Steph, writing: "You meet some very evil vindictive people out there that think they can pull wool over your eyes. I won't say, I'll let use see in time.
"Lied to for months while all her friends worked on a little project, enjoy your new house guys, bravo S&S."
The pair first got together in the Celebrity Big Brother house and there was already trouble surrounding the relationship as Steph was with boyfriend Sam Reece at the time.
Since then, the couple have had their fair share of ups and downs, but this time it seems like they're really over for good.
