Fans of the former Hollyoaks actress, 23, know her big break was in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Over The Rainbow, where she competed to land the role of Dorothy in a West End musical based on The Wizard Of Oz.
She also has her own YouTube channel filled with clips of her playing piano and singing her own songs.
Now, a new report claims she is ready to take the next step, after turning down "countless opportunities" to record music while she was with ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell.
A source told Daily Star: "Now she's single, she's ready to branch out.
"At the moments ideas are only being thrown around but a summer release could be possible. One known UK DJ even contacted her management asking for her to lay down some vocals on a pre-recorded dance track."
Stephanie - who split from Celebrity Big Brother co-star Jeremy for a fourth time last week - seemed to confirm the news by retweeting the original article, which was good news for her fans, who said they couldn't wait to hear what she's got.
Speaking on ITV's Loose Women in February, Steph said: "Music is my everything, it has always been my number one priority. I wrote two tracks to hopefully bring out this year which are really, really good."
Laughing, she added: "One is about boys!"
