That might not come as a surprise to fans of the reality star, as she was one of the very few to decide not to do the deed on camera while filming for ITV2's dating show last summer.
Despite reuniting with her now boyfriend Luis Morrison, the pair chose not to air their antics to the viewers at home, with Cally admitting: "It is just a bit weird."
Speaking to Daily Star Online recently, Cally shared her thoughts on being filmed while under the sheets. She said: "I feel like it is like having your mum sat at the end of your bed. Sex on TV is so open. It makes me cringe to see people doing it in front of the nation."
While she refrained, her co-stars just couldn't resist. We don't think we'll ever forget Jordan Ring and Zoe Basia Brown's "spider" incident, do you?
Fans are often having to avert their eyes (and often cover their ears as well) when watching the likes of Geordie Shore and Ex On The Beach too. Cally insisted she doesn't have anything against those who choose to have sex on camera, but did add it isn't for her.
Why? She sees herself as a "role model" for younger girls.
Cally explained: "If I was having sex on TV, I think I would disappoint them. It isn't good for younger girls to look up to that.
Some stars who have done so have often admitted to regretting getting carried away on camera.
Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has openly spoken of her regret. She said: "Having sex on TV is my biggest regret. I find it very hard to cope with the fact I did it. It's such an intimate thing to do, to know everybody has seen it is just awful."
Her co-star Holly Hagan shared the same sentiment, revealing: "I don't really like to say that I have regrets because I learn from everything that I have done, but I do regret sleeping with people on TV."
TOWIE star Megan McKenna, meanwhile, has said sleeping with ex-boyfriend Jordan Davies while filming for Ex On The Beach was her "worst mistake."
"I will never, ever sleep with someone on telly again in my entire life. Doing that was the worst mistake I've ever made," she said. "It was disgusting, inappropriate, and I should never have done it, but I got caught up in the moment.
"It's a bit awkward when your dad wants to watch [the show]! He wasn't very happy. He told my mum it was disrespectful."
