Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has reassured fans that he is "ok", following his co-star girlfriend Tiffany Watson's recent cheating admission.

Fans of the E4 reality show will know that in last week's episode, Tiffany confessed that she hadn't been completely honest about the time she had been unfaithful to Sam.

Several months ago, Tiffany had confessed to kissing somebody else during a trip to Hong Kong. She told Sam that "it wasn't just a kiss" and he reacted by telling Tiff he "despised her" for doing what she did.

Sam had been fairly quiet after Tiffany's bombshell aired onscreen, only taking to Twitter to clarify that he and Tiffany had not been on a break like some had been suggesting on social media.

She, meanwhile, told fans cheating on Sam was the "biggest mistake of her life." Feeling remorseful, Tiffany tweeted: "Biggest mistake of my life that I will always regret. Never hurt the ones you love most."

After coming clean about what really happened in Hong Kong, Sam told her he "couldn't go through the same thing" that happened last time. Viewers watched Sam's torment as he initially split with Tiffany over the kiss, claiming he could no longer trust her and wouldn't be able to forget about it.

And in a first look at next week's episode it seems he is still struggling to come to terms with Tiffany's confession. A new trailer shows Tiffany telling her sister Lucy Watson: "Everything was amazing and now it's all come crashing down."

She later sees Sam and he tells her: "In my eyes it is pretty unforgivable."

Tiffany decided to be honest with Sam, after Stephanie Pratt threatened to tell her secret. Stephanie had invited a handful of her co-stars to the Maldives, hoping to escape the drama of Chelsea following her fallout with Lucy.

Lucy had accused Stephanie of meddling in her relationship, after she had claimed Lucy had phoned her "nearly in tears" about boyfriend James Dunmore. However, their fallout led the other girls to question their friendship with Stephanie.

Louise had called Steph out for using Lucy's phone calls against her, and said she felt like a "second rate" friend. She felt like Stephanie was only speaking to her because she was no longer speaking to Lucy.

Stephanie also clashed with Nicola Hughes on the trip and later told Tiffany she felt like she was being excluded. She questioned why she was being such a good friend to Tiffany (and keeping her secrets), if she wasn't including her and doing the same.

Stephanie said: "You ignore me everyday. I just think why am I keeping all your secrets and protecting you when you're not a good friend to me?"

When Steph pointed out that she still hadn't said anything, Tiffany hit back that Stephanie had "threatened to." She said: "What sort of friend does that? Every day I think about this lie. Every day I feel f**king awful...

"You wouldn't know because I don't trust you enough to tell you. Lucy said you would tell. Look what you've done."
