The ex-reality star has told Reveal her priority right now is her businesses - including the hugely successful Hair Rehab London - but she would be open to returning to the small screen.

"Right now I just want to crack on with business but you can always make time for things," she told us, when we caught up with her to chat about her new style collaboration with Vavavoom.

"As long as it's something you really want to do. In terms of reality and TOWIE I don't think I could do again but something adventurous, with Bear Grylls even, would be good!" she added. "Just something where you feel like you've achieved something when you come back."

Lauren may want to have a chat with ex-co-star Lydia Bright, who has signed up for a celebrity version of The Island with Bear Grylls, alongside stars including Made In Chelsea's Ollie Locke and ex-JLS singer Aston Merrygold.

As for Celebrity Big Brother, she told us she wouldn't be following in the footsteps of colleagues such as Sam Faiers, Lauren Goodger, Mario Falcone and Kirk Norcross.

"With Big Brother I'm obsessed with watching it but to do it, I probably couldn't," she admitted. "You're just sat around for two weeks having arguments with people. I'm so not argumentative I'd probably just seem like a right bore on there."

Lauren Pope's top picks are available now on www.vavavoom.ie with dresses from £19.00, jumpsuits from £23.00, and tops from £9.00.
