The ex-TOWIE star, 25, had a full face of make-up and perfectly coiffed hair as she took part in a training session for Cancer Research UK's Race for Life Pretty Muddy event.
Amy was covered in dirt as she was put through her paces today by a personal trainer at a park in Brentwood, Essex ahead of this summer's Race for Life events, which include a muddy 5k obstacle course open to women and girls aged 13 and over.
"I'm so excited to be supporting Cancer Research UK's Race for Life again!" said Amy.
"Everyone who takes part in Race for Life is making a huge difference and helping to beat cancer sooner. If I can get Pretty Muddy, anyone can, so come on ladies, get involved and sign yourself up at raceforlife.org."
Reality star-turned-businesswoman Amy previously completed a Race for Life 5k in 2013. This year, competitors can take part in 5k and 10k races, a marathon, and the muddy obstacle course. There are 300 events taking place in the UK over the summer.
The events raise money to help beat more than 200 types of cancer affecting both men and women.
