According to Daily Star, that's exactly what the former Hollyoaks actress did, changing some of the words in Adele's 'Someone Like You' to reflect her feelings towards ex-boyfriend Jeremy.
The newspaper reports that Stephanie shared a post to Instagram over the weekend, using an image of a couple's entwined hands. Her accompanying caption was a play on Adele's song lyrics, aimed at Jez.
She reportedly wrote: "Never mind, I'll find someone like you. I wish nothing but the best for you, too. Don't forget me, I beg. I'll remember you said, 'Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead.'
"I tried and tried to love you and not let you go, nothing else I can do now. Heal my own pain and pretend it was just a dream. Take care my Jezz, take care."
The post ended with a heart emoji and broken heart emoji.
It's no longer showing on Steph's Instagram.
Fans of the CBB couple will know they split for a fourth time last week, but things have got rather confusing today when Jez tweeted "love you baby" at Stephanie then deleted the message. She then liked and unliked a comment from a Twitter user calling him a "loser."
Stephanie appeared on Irish radio station Spin this weekend to talk about the split, saying she was hurt but moving on. "I'm the biggest believer in love, and obviously I fell madly in love with him," she added, calling Jeremy one of the kindest, funniest people she'd ever met but she didn't think there was room for her in his life.
