She's alleged to have slammed the pair on Twitter, reportedly tweeting in a now deleted tweet: "I hear you kid... Snakes everywhere."
Vicky had tweeted in response to a message posted by her sister Laura Pattison that read: "I hate the type of girls who act like your a friend then get with your ex for a TV show canny sly that."
According to The Sun, Bear and Charlotte have both signed up for series five of MTV's dating show and during filming, they allegedly hooked up.
Rumours Charlotte will appear on Ex On The Beach's new series first surfaced back in March. She has since been linked to Gaz Beadle (Charlotte Crosby has pretty much confirmed he'll be in the lineup) along with series four star Olivia Walsh and series three star Jem Lucy while filming out in Thailand, but this is yet to be confirmed.
Bear, meanwhile, was a hit with viewers, thanks to his nature to stir things up and his on/off romance with Vicky during series three of the show. Fans are hoping he will make a comeback to Ex On The Beach when it next hits our screens, but MTV had no comment to make on this when approached by Reveal.
If he is to appear, a source close to Vicky has told the paper she isn't too phased: "They split up months and months ago now and this really doesn't bother Vicky."
As for her, Vicky has ruled out a return to Ex On The Beach, telling us exclusively the show would "not be good for her anymore."
Series five teases the return of past stars, but Vicky reassured us those familiar faces will not include her. She told us: "I would go back until I was crawling out of the sea on a Zimmer frame – if it was any way, shape or form good for my career and it's not any more."
She continued: "I can't sit and pontificate with Ruth Langsford and Janet Street Porter about inequality in the workplace, while in the same breath throw around cocktails on the beach and call everyone b*llends. They don't match and it kills me because I mean it when I say it's a fantastic show."
Vicky starred in the very first series of Ex On The Beach and fans saw her reunite with Dan Conn aka 'Fit Dan' from Geordie Shore. You may remember her reunion with ex-fiancé Ricci Guarnaccio a lot more, though.
After calling off their engagement, the pair came face-to-face and had one very explosive reunion involving a slew of insults and Vicky throwing a drink over Ricci, after demanding he leave.
Then in series three, Vicky came back for more. On her return to the villa, she found love with Bear. While their romance wasn't plain sailing on the show (he also had a drink thrown over him by Vicky...), they did make a go of their relationship when filming had wrapped.
Bear and Vicky dated for several months, before splitting bitterly in October last year.
Reps for Charlotte and Bear had no comment to make when contacted by Reveal.
