After multiple rumours of a break-up in recent days, a rep for the former TOWIE star has confirmed the couple have amicably ended their four-year on-off relationship.
The spokesperson told Daily Mail: "The break-up was amicable and there was no-one else involved. Lauren is feeling positive and looking forward to the future."
Rumours of a split surfaced at the end of April when fans noticed Lauren had removed all traces of Jake from her Instagram page. There was also no recent mention of him on Twitter.
The couple's relationship has been on-off. They began dating in 2012 but split for the first time the following year, before rekindling things last summer and taking another brief break in October.
In February, they had sparked engagement rumours during a loved up holiday abroad.
Lauren made a brief return to The Only Way Is Essex for the Christmas special in December, where she dished out advice on love and heartbreak.
"Being heartbroken is the worst feeling in the world," she said. "Every girl has been through it. We have all had that first love and the second one is completely different: you're happy and confident and don't put up with what you've been through before."
