Nadiya was given the honour of making the Queen's cake this month, where she decided to bake a three-tier orange drizzle cake.
"It went really, really well," Nadiya told the Loose Women panel. "I should have been more nervous. Even in those two minutes, I figured she was quite nice."
Nadiya, 31, was then asked about some criticism she may have received, as on the day, some social media comments suggested her cake was 'wonky'.
But Nadiya isn't letting any negativity phase her.
"If I cared about what people said to me and all the people that are negative I would never leave my house," she said. "I'd probably be stuck in a hole somewhere. So you know what? Actually, I couldn't care less."
Nadiya also revealed that the Queen "took the top tier home".
In other news, Nadiya has landed her own two-part series on the BBC titled The Chronicles Of Nadiya, which will be an exuberant food-inspired journey from her birthplace in Luton to her family village in the north east of Bangladesh.
