But, the newly-single reality star insists she just wants to be on her own.
When asked by co-star Danielle Armstrong if she's heard from Jake, Chloe said in a new TOWIE video: "I've heard a little bit on and off. The thing is, I know he will respect what I'm saying, but he does message and he does try but at the minute I just want to be on my own. I just want to try to get on with it by myself."
Having recently just returned to Essex following a getaway to Ibiza, she said she needed time to get away from all of the drama.
"It was nice to get away, chill, relax and have some sun in my face. I had a really nice time," she explained. "It's just, England seems to be quite stressful at the minute. I'm going to Portugal on Thursday planning my sister's wedding, so I'm looking forward to that; a bit of time with my niece."
TOWIE's 17th series finale saw Chloe end her relationship with Jake following rumours that he slept with Megan McKenna.
Both Megan and Jake strongly denied these claims. But Jake did, however, admit that he hadn't been 100% faithful during their eight-year romance.
Before walking away, Chloe told him: "You have absolutely ruined my life. I'm gutted. I'm absolutely gutted this rumour came about. This is not where I saw my life going at all. I'm gutted. I wanted to give you another chance. This isn't what I want but I don't have a choice. I'm not being mugged off anymore. I'm not that person."
