The girls clashed in the last series after Chloe accused Megan of sleeping with her boyfriend Jake Hall. These accusations were something both Jake and Megan vehemently denied.
They had several showdowns, but Megan - who is dating Pete Wicks - protested her innocence.
Now, in a new TOWIE video, Chloe tells Danielle Armstrong that she and Megan won't be friends - and also insists that Megan is not being truthful.
"At the end of the day I never blamed Megan, I never blamed her for this situation at all," said Chloe. "I mean, it takes two to tango. I never ever blamed her.
"But if I'm honest now, considering that she stood there and lied to my face, and is meant to be this girls girl and this good girl, and has only slept with [a number of] people on her left hand, I expected her to come clean with me and she didn't. So if I'm honest, I can't bear the sight of her."
Chloe added: "I don't think you can be friends with someone that has slept with your boyfriend."
The series finale saw Chloe end her relationship with Jake for good. While he denied the Megan rumour, he did admit that he hadn't been 100% faithful during their eight-year relationship.
Ending their romance, Chloe told Jake: "You have absolutely ruined my life. I'm gutted. I'm absolutely gutted this rumour came about. This is not where I saw my life going at all. I'm gutted. I wanted to give you another chance. This isn't what I want but I don't have a choice. I'm not being mugged off anymore. I'm not that person."
