It was just last week that Joey was spotted filming scenes during the Queen's 90th birthday celebrations.
And now, ITV have confirmed that Joey will be back as he begins his latest series of intellectual challenges.
Once again on a mission to learn more about the world around him, Joey's latest assignment will be centred around celebrating the Queen's 90th birthday and the European Referendum.
His latest journey of discovery will see him learn more about Britain's greatest institution – the Royal family - where he enlists the help of various Royal experts, including Jennie Bond and Paul Burrell, to get his own insight into the monarchy.
Joey will then get back to the politics to get clued up on the European Referendum, as the landmark vote dawns on 23 June.
Producers confirm that later in the year Joey will also be jetting off to the US for more educational fulfilment in three TV specials.
Derek McLean, head of non scripted programming at Lime Pictures, said: "We're thrilled to be bringing Joey back to TV screens with a series of specials that move his story on as he furthers his education. Celebrating being truly British, we hope to teach Joey more about the history of his British monarchy and we discover what Joey learned about British politics during the election as we throw him into the EU Referendum...!"
Last year, viewers watched Joey learn all about politics as he spoke to leaders Ed Milliband, Nick Clegg and Nigel Farage in the lead up to the General Election.
